Let's Navigate Life Transitions Together

Hello! I am a licensed clinical social worker in Missouri and Illinois. I have worked for 10 years using strength-based approach to empower individuals during a vulnerable time in their life. I have experience working with parents to navigate parenthood, postpartum stress, and those who have struggled with infertility, infant loss, or continue on their journey through perinatal grief. I also work with individuals feeling anxious, depressed, and having difficulties adjusting to life changes such as relocation, new job, new relationship, or complex family dynamics. I have previously worked with children and families through outpatient mental health therapy as well as at St. Louis Children's Hospital in the NICU.
